Meeting Minutes
Call to Order: Pete Kempf called the meeting to order at 2:10PM

Minutes of Previous Meeting: Donn Bly moved to approve the minutes. Second
Randy Fox. Motion carried unanimously.
Financial Report: Tara Chaffin reported the following balance in the DCN checking
account: $254.40. It was reported that the DCN savings balance is $6,369.37.
Donn Bly moved to approve the following claims: $500 for the management
stipend. Second Ken Crague. Motion carried unanimously.
Administrative Coordinator Report: Tara reported that she has been working on website content. She suggested that DCN apply for a grant from the DeKalb County Community Foundation to further develop site content. Discussion followed concerning possible projects that might receive grant funding.
Audience Participation: Nothing offered from the floor.
Next Meeting Date: The meeting was adjourned. The next meeting was scheduled for March 22nd at 2:00pm at the DeKalb Co. Courthouse, Commissioners Court on the 2nd floor.
