DeKalb Leadership Development exists to develop a program that identifies and expands the leadership base of DeKalb County.

Any resident of DeKalb County or any person with business or civic activities in DeKalb County who desires to serve the DeKalb County community is eligible to apply for participation.
Registration fee is required to cover a portion of the expenses.
Participants in DeKalb Leadership Development may be sponsored by their employers, themselves or non-profit organizations.
